Now here's some exciting news for this Monday morning! The folks at AFFTA have rescheduled the previously postponed IFTD Show for March 2022!

IFTD 2021 Postponed

Well...that sucks. Probably for the best and it's never an easy decision. I don't envy the folks that had to do it and I feel bad for all the vendors and attendees who were counting on the show. I won't be getting any in-person, live-from-the-show-floor coverage for you guys, but I'll still do my best to introduce you to all the new gear I can find. Just have to approach it a bit differently! If any manufacturers read this and want a little extra coverage, drop me a note, I'd love to work with you!! Troutscout Outfitters - IFTD 2019

I was introduced to these new strike indicators this morning. The Troutscout indicator is a really unique design that captures your leader in the hinge of the floating plastic, snap-close box. With the hinge being offset, the indicator actually points to the location of your fly! Check them out!!
